1. Service Agreement

By engaging Daknineji Auto Service, you agree to these terms. We provide engine diagnostics, tuning, maintenance, and wheel services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of your vehicle.

2. Payment & Pricing

Quoted prices are valid for 7 days. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and digital payments. Prices exclude taxes where applicable.

3. Liability & Warranties

Daknineji provides services with reasonable care. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or issues not identified during initial inspection. Service warranties are limited to workmanship on completed repairs (30 days from service date).

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours before appointment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Refunds for completed services are only issued for unperformed work. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.

5. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and disclosing known issues. You retain ownership and liability for your vehicle at all times. Daknineji is not responsible for items left inside your vehicle.

6. Data Protection

We collect personal data (name, contact, vehicle details) for service provision and communication. Your data is protected under applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Daknineji's liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Kuala Lumpur.
